Wieviel Spammails bekommt ihr eigentlich so pro Tag?

 

Bei mir sind es innerhalb von 20 Stunden 120 ... Bis auf 11 wurden die von meinem Spamfilter sauber gefiltert.

Ich bekomme so ca. 50 bis 70 pro Tag, wobei GMX fast alle an diese Adresse gerichteten und der Spamfilter vom Thunderbird nahezu restlos alle anderen (von meinen vielen weiteren Accounts) rausschmeißt.

Boh, sind das wenige ... Ich sollte nicht zu viele verschiedene Emailadressen haben. Das multipliziert das SPAM-Aufkommen.

 

Ich hab mir gestern mal das Log des Mailservers wieder angeschaut. Was da pro Minute alles aufschlägt und wieder abgewiesen wird, weil die Mailadresse nicht existiert ...

Also ich muss hier an der Stelle den eingebauten Spamfilter vom Thunderbird ausdrücklich loben. Nach ein klein wenig Training packt er so ziemlich jede Spammail ohne gewünschte Mails "zu fressen".

Leider habe ich keinen Zugriff auf meine(n) Mailserver direkt, sodass ich auf einen Client-Spamfresser angewiesen bin. Und besser als "alle Spams weg" ist wohl keiner, oder?

 

Ist der Spamassassin nicht auch (zumindest teilweise) identisch mit dem Antispam-Tool im Thunderbird?

Also ich kann mich nicht beschweren, hab vielleicht zehn, wenn es mal hochkommt fünfzehn Spammails am Tag und die werden sehr zuverlässig gefiltert. Und erst zwei echte sind falsch gelandet, aber da waren die Adressen auch so, daß ich sie rausgeschmissen hätte, wenn ich nicht der Betreff für mich eindeutigie Abkürzungen gehabt hätte.

Die folgende tragische Geschichte ging an eine eindeutig weibliche Mailadresse:

already through 4-5 days, but a problem in that that now I have no man

which would like my arrival. Probable it will silly sound but if you

will be interested in a meeting with the good woman I shall like to

meet you sometime soon! As Patrick was dishonest with me I have

decided to find the man which is interested to meet the woman from

Russia. I do not know your ideas about my letter, but it would be fine

if we could meet and have some weeks or months together. On my trip I

want to receive rest from my work and a life in Russia. Also the basic

family with good man. I do not know what you really search in the

@Hajo, derjenige wo ich meine Systeme/Dienste hoste, nutzt DSpam -- auch ein Mailfilter für den Mailserver. Sehr sehr gut. In meine Mailbox kommt fast kein Spam rein. Besonders praktisch, wenn man eMails auch per IMAP auf seinem SmartPhone prüft

Angesichts der jüngsten Ereignisse in den USA finde ich die folgende Mail, die unter dem Titel "In München ist Trauer angesagt" versendet wird, eigentlich nicht mehr so richtig lustig.

 

Innerhalb von einer Stunde beging ein Asiater 6 brutale Morde und verschwand in der unbestimmten Richtung. Der Moerder schlich sich in ein Wohnhaus ein und schlachtete all seine Bewohner inklusive 2 kleiner zehnjaehrigen Maedchen, die heimgegangen sind. Ermordet waren auch alle Haustiere. Die Polizei ist schockiert und macht nun alles Moegliche, um diesen Taeter so schnell wie moeglich finden zu koennen. Dank einiger Passanten gibt es nun eine kurze Beschreibung des Verbrechers. Die Mailadresse schaut echt aus. Wenn nichts dabei ist, war es wahrscheinlich address verification.

Wer so dumm ist, darauf zu antworten ("Ich verstehe kein Wort" oder "Was soll der Sch...") oder auch eine gefälschte Antwort schickt, der hat seine Adresse verifiziert als echt und auch als regelmäßig gelesen. So Adressen sind dann wesentlich mehr Wert auf dem Spammermarkt.
